In this paper, the writers consider the question of the factorization of an operator \(T\in B(H)\) into the product of two positive operators \(A\) and \(X\), i.e., \(T=AX\). Their results are then linked to the solvability of the operator equations \(T=XAX\) and \(TX=XAX\).

We prove a theorem on the structure of weakly closed reductive operator algebras. The proof essentially relies on a known result of V. I. Pituitary Incidentaloma: to Operate or Not to Operate ?

The wide use of sophisticated imaging techniques has led to the discovery of asymptomatic pituitary lesions, which are called 'incidentalomas'.
