Operational Transresistance Amplifier-Based Multiphase Sinusoidal Oscillators
Multiphase sinusoidal oscillator circuits are presented which utilize Operational Transresistance Amplifier (OTRA) as the active element. The first circuit produces n odd-phase oscillations of equal amplitudes and equally spaced in phase.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Extraction of circuit parameters using multi-objective genetic algorithm for design of non-linearly compensated operational amplifiers [PDF]
In this paper, a CMOS operational amplifier (op-amp) for applications requiring a bandwidth several hundreds of MHz will be designed and optimized. The op-amp is two-stage and compensated by current buffer and a Miller capacitor.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Low level signal limiter [PDF]
A limiting circuit is described which prevents a signal being supplied to a signal amplifier from exceeding a predetermined value. The circuit is designed to permit a signal voltage to be fed directly to a signal amplifier without passing through the ...

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These
