Energy translation operator

Physical Review A, 1997
Brief Reports are accounts of completed research which do not warrant regular articles or the priority handling given to Rapid Communications; however, the same standards of scientific quality apply. (Addenda are included in Brief Reports.) A Brief Report may be no longer than four printed pages and must be accompanied by an abstract.

Dynamic translinear nonlinear energy operator

2009 European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design, 2009
The dynamic translinear principle, in contrast to the conventional, i.e., static, translinear principle, can be used for the realization of frequency dependent transfer functions. Using the dynamic translinear principle we can realize both linear and nonlinear differential equations.

Electronic Energy, Fock Operators and Coupling Operators

1978
In this section the essential framework of the generalized Hartree-Fock theory will be developed. As starting point, a general energy expression and the attached operators will be discussed.

Optimum operation of a total energy plant

Computers & Operations Research, 1979
Abstract The concept of a total energy system is not new, however, its application has been slow until recently when the sharply increasing cost of fuel made it an attractive alternative to the more conventional energy systems. In this paper, a model is developed for the Reedy Creek Utilities Central Energy Plant serving Walt Disney World.

Optimizing Organic Waste to Energy Operations

Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, 2012
A waste-to-energy firm that recycles organic waste with energy recovery performs two environmentally beneficial functions: it diverts waste from landfills and it produces renewable energy. At the same time, the waste-to-energy firm serves and collects revenue from two types of customers: waste generators who pay for waste disposal service and ...

Adiabatic Operations and Energy

Abstract In this chapter, we first introduce adiabatic operations. Next, we define the energy of a thermodynamic system through the law of energy conservation in thermodynamics (the first law), expressed in terms of the work performed in adiabatic operations.

EFFORTS TO CONSERVE ENERGY IN FIELD OPERATIONS

Proceedings of SPE Annual Fall Technical Conference and Exhibition, 1977
Abstract Efforts toward energy conservation have resulted in better equipment utilization, better loading of equipment, and more efficient field operations. Optimum BMEP (brake mean effective pressure) and speed are determined for each type of gas engine.

A Study on Operational Energy Model Construction

The Proceedings of Mechanical Engineering Congress, Japan, 2019
Experimental statistical energy analysis (SEA) has been proposed to predict the vibration and sound energy of various machines. The identification of the SEA parameters such as internal loss factor (ILF) and coupling loss factor (CLF) is in the stationary state of the device, namely, it is not working.
