Subthreshold operation of Nauta's operational transconductance amplifier
2015 IEEE 13th International New Circuits and Systems Conference (NEWCAS), 2015This paper investigates the subthreshold operation of the inverter-based operational transconductance amplifier for the potential use in very low power data conversion systems. Circuit analysis and sizing strategies are presented, and a first order continuous-time delta-sigma modulator circuit is used as a case study to verify the performance of the ...

The Research of Operational Transconductance Amplifier
2011 International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (CASE), 2011A topology structure of operational transconductance amplifier is proposed to be devised in this paper. In order to make it have the feature of high-speed, large bandwidth, and high stability, a two-stage cascode structure amplifier is designed by using cascaded single-stage amplifier.

Designing operational transconductance amplifiers for low voltage operation
1993 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2002To design operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) for high-performance applications it is necessary to use cascoded current mirrors. In low-voltage applications the standard cascoded current mirror cannot be used. The solution is to use the generalized high-swing cascoded current mirror.

OVERVIEW OF OPERATIONAL TRANSCONDUCTANCE AMPLIFIER (OTA)
2023An essential component of electronic systems is the operational transconductance amplifier (OTA). A transconductor's job is to turn an input voltage into an output current. The transconductance amplifier can be set up to either amplify or combine currents or voltages.

A Three-Stage Operational Transconductance Amplifier in TFT Flexible-Substrate Process
Conference on Design of Circuits and Integrated SystemsA new topology for a three-stage Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) in flexible-substrate process is presented. The amplifier is designed in the Cadence environment using thin-film transistors (TFTs) and is validated through post-layout ...

Fully Differential Operational Transconductance Amplifiers (OTAs)
2007An amplifier is often a fundamental building block of an analog circuit. Fully differential circuits are widely used due to their large available signal swing, and superior supply and substrate interference immunity. In this chapter we will develop the design of fully differential amplifiers, which will be primary building blocks for subsequent designs

Noise optimization in operational transconductance amplifier filters
IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2003The noise performances of a class of biquadratic time-continuous filters based on the use of operational transconductance amplifiers and capacitors (OTA-C filters) are investigated and compared in terms of the filter parameters and topologies. Both white and 1/f noise are included in modeling the noise characteristics of a real OTA, and expressions for

Operational Transconductance Amplifier-C Filters
2003In this chapter, Active filters using only OTAs and capacitors are described. Cascade design of OTA-C filters needs high input impedance for each block, as well as first-order and second-order blocks. Various structures that can be used to implement these will be discussed in detail. The subject of ladder filter simulation using component simulation as
