Objective An unmet need exists for glucocorticoid‐sparing treatments for patients with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). The antibody‐drug conjugate ABBV‐154 comprises adalimumab conjugated to a glucocorticoid receptor modulator. We evaluated ABBV‐154 versus placebo in patients with glucocorticoid‐dependent PMR.

CROR: Coding-Aware Opportunistic Routing in Multi-Channel Cognitive Radio Networks [PDF]
Cognitive radio (CR) is a promising technology to improve spectrum utilization. However, spectrum availability is uncertain which mainly depends on primary user's (PU's) behaviors. This makes it more difficult for most existing CR routing protocols to achieve high throughput in multi-channel cognitive radio networks (CRNs). Inter-session network coding

Long‐Term Safety and Efficacy of Mepolizumab in Eosinophilic Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis
Objective Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare, relapsing, inflammatory disease. Management of EGPA predominantly relies on oral corticosteroids (OCS), which are associated with many adverse effects. The phase 3 MIRRA trial demonstrated efficacy and safety of mepolizumab, anti‐interleukin‐5 biologic, for EGPA.

Opportunistic Wireless Relay Networks: Diversity-Multiplexing Tradeoff [PDF]
Opportunistic analysis has traditionally relied on independence assumptions that break down in many interesting and useful network topologies. This paper develops techniques that expand opportunistic analysis to a broader class of networks, proposes new opportunistic methods for several network geometries, and analyzes them in the high-SNR regime.

Interpretable Network Propagation with Application to Expanding the Repertoire of Human Proteins that Interact with SARS-CoV-2 [PDF]
Background: Network propagation has been widely used for nearly 20 years to predict gene functions and phenotypes. Despite the popularity of this approach, little attention has been paid to the question of provenance tracing in this context, e.g., determining how much any experimental observation in the input contributes to the score of every ...

Abstract The impact of the COVID‐19 pandemic and associated lockdown measures on child and family functioning requires ongoing investigation to understand its far‐reaching effects. This study investigated the experiences of 10‐year‐old children (n = 2421) from the Growing Up in New Zealand longitudinal cohort during some of the strictest pandemic ...
