Investigation of Arsenic Content in Field Pesticides Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES)

open access: yesGazi University Journal of Science Part A: Engineering and Innovation, 2022
In this study, Arsenic, which is found in the structure of field medicines, was determined by ICP-OES. For arsenic analysis, Turkey was elected four different commonly used pesticides. These pesticides were commercially named A, B, C, and D samples. These samples were solubilized using the appropriate procedure by microwave digestion method.

A simple temperature evaluation in high-pressure magnetron sputtering plasma using optical emission spectroscopy (OES) technique [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2017
For this experiment, a high-pressure magnetron sputtering plasma was used for plasma discharge with various flow rates of nitrogen gas. The introduction of nitrogen gas modifies the discharge leading to modifications of plasma parameters and ionization mechanism of transition species. The changes of relative emission for both neutral and ionic of argon

Emission characteristics and dynamics of the stagnation layer in colliding laser produced plasmas [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The expansion dynamics of ion and neutral species in laterally colliding laser produced aluminum plasmas have been investigated using time and space resolved optical emission spectroscopies and spectrally and angularly resolved fast imaging. The emission

Pd NPs supported on halloysite functionalized with Schiff base as an efficient catalyst for Sonogashira reaction

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
A hybrid system was designed and synthesized through reacting modified halloysite (Hal-Cl) with Schiff base (DAB-PC) and applied as catalytic support for anchoring Pd NPs to afford Pd@Hal-DAB-PC catalyst.

Colored semi-transparent Cu-Si oxide thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Colored semi-transparent Cu-Si oxide thin films have been prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering from a single cathode of copper-silicon composition. Thin films of different composition and optical response were obtained by changing process parameters

Plasma modification of poly lactic acid solutions to generate high quality electrospun PLA nanofibers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Physical properties of pre-electrospinning polymer solutions play a key role in electrospinning as they strongly determine the morphology of the obtained electrospun nanofibers. In this work, an atmospheric-pressure argon plasma directly submerged in the

Pressure dependence of dissociation fraction and optical emission characteristics in low-pressure inductively coupled N2-Ar plasmas

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2011
A diagnostics study of low-pressure inductively coupled N2-Ar plasmas was performed by using optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and an rf-compensated Langmuir probe under the conditions of pressures of 1 - 30 mTorr and powers of 300 - 600 W.
