Integrable Models of Quantum Optics [PDF]
We give an overview of exactly solvable many-body models of quantum optics. Among them is a system of two-level atoms which interact with photons propagating in a one-dimensional (1D) chiral waveguide; exact eigenstates of this system can be explicitly constructed.

Manifestation of pseudogap in ab-plane optical characteristics [PDF]
A model in which a gap forms in the renormalized electronic density of state (DOS) with missing states recovered just above the pseudogap $\Delta_{pg}$, is able to give a robust description of the striking, triangular like, peak seen in the real part of ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Numerical modelling of optical trapping [PDF]
Optical trapping is a widely used technique, with many important applications in biology and metrology. Complete modelling of trapping requires calculation of optical forces, primarily a scattering problem, and non-optical forces. The T-matrix method is used to calculate forces acting on spheroidal and cylindrical particles.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Energy dependence of the 13C + 16O scattering and quasi-molecular absorptian potential [PDF]
Experimental data of the 13С + 16O elastic scattering at the energies Еc.m.. = 6.28 - 59.17 MeV were analyzed within the optical model and coupled-reaction-channels method. The energy dependence for the 13С + 16O potential of the Woods - Saxon type with

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Elastic and inelastic scattering of 15n ions by 11B at 84 MeV [PDF]
Angular distributions of the 11B + 15N elastic and inelastic scattering were measured at Elab (15N) = 84 MeV. The data were analyzed within the optical model and coupled-reaction-channels method.
