Infrared Optical Wireless Communication (IR-OWC) for Distributed Small Cells
Passive IR-OWC small cells sharing the transmission resources are studied. The mobile systems can be flexibly deployed with reduced cost. 10 Gb/s/wavelength signal shared by maximum 8 and 16384 (with repeater) distributed cells is performed.
