Time Span of an Image Frame Using a CMOS Sensor in Rolling Shutter‐Based Optical Camera Communications

In this paper, the use of CMOS image sensors as receivers in a rolling shutter optical camera communication system is addressed, analysing the internal working principles that dominate the registration of the incoming light signals and the digital image acquisition.
