The present paper is devoted to a study of a natural 12-dimensional symmetry algebra of the three-dimensional hyperbolic differential equations of the perfect plasticity, obtained by D. D. Ivlev in 1959 and formulated in isostatic coordinates. An optimal

OPTIMAL CONTROL OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM [PDF]
This paper presents an optimal method for control the functioning time of an air conditioning system that allows reducing the electrical consumption by maintaining thermal comforts. In this work, the minimizing of the electrical consumption of a house is

Optimal Robust Controller Design for Heartbeat System [PDF]
In the present work, an optimal control approach is suggested to design a robust controller for the heart system. The work objective is to generate artificial or synthetic optimal Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals using the nonlinear optimal robust control.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Optimal distribution system restoration using PHEVs
Power outages cost billions of dollars every year and jeopardise the lives of hospital patients. Traditionally, power distribution system takes a long time to recover after a major blackout, due to its top-down operation strategy.

OPTIMAL CONTROL IN HYBRID SYSTEMS
Necessary conditions for optimality have been established for hybrid systems. Unfortunately, these conditions lead to multi-point boundary value problems and they do not prevent from the combinatorial explosion when no constraints are given on the transi-tions.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Min-max optimal public service system design
This paper deals with designing a fair public service system. To achieve fairness, various schemes are be applied. The strongest criterion in the process is minimization of disutility of the worst situated users and then optimization of disutility of the

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
