Targeting WDR12 Unleashes T‐Cell‐Mediated Antitumor Activity in Melanoma by Destabilizing CD276
WDR12 cooperates with the chaperonin subunit CCT7 to maintain CD276 stability on tumor cells, suppressing T‐cell activity and promoting immune escape. SU14813, a small‐molecule WDR12 inhibitor, reduces CD276 stability and relieves CD276‐mediated T‐cell suppression.

Cu‐MXene interfacial catalysts provide a promising platform for electrochemical NOx upcycling to ammonia. The synergy between Cu active sites and conductive, surface‐tunable MXene supports promotes NOx adsorption, intermediate stabilization, and selective NH3 formation while suppressing competing hydrogen evolution, offering a route toward sustainable ...

Expectations, Asset Prices, and Monetary Policy: The Role of Learning [PDF]
This paper studies the implications of financial market imperfections represented by a countercyclical external finance premium and the gradual recognition of changes in the drift of technology growth for the design of an interest rate rule.

This study reveals a novel GC therapy targeting cholesterol homeostasis. Inhibiting the SCAP sterol‐sensing domain causes lethal ER stress via cholesterol accumulation, paradoxically forcing continuous synthesis that triggers ferroptosis. The findings link sterol sensing, metabolic dysregulation, and ferroptosis, establishing an anti‐cancer paradigm ...

Fiscal Policy, Macroeconomic Stability and Finite Horizons [PDF]
In this paper we analyse the stabilisation properties of distortionary taxes in a New Keynesian model with overlapping generations of finitely-lived consumers. In this framework, government debt is part of net wealth and this adds a number of interesting
