Optimal transport over a linear dynamical system [PDF]
We consider the problem of steering an initial probability density for the state vector of a linear system to a final one, in finite time, using minimum energy control.

Classic optimal transport theory is formulated through minimizing the expected transport cost between two given distributions. We propose the framework of distorted optimal transport by minimizing a distorted expected cost, which is the cost under a nonlinear expectation.

Unsupervised collaborative learning based on Optimal Transport theory
Collaborative learning has recently achieved very significant results. It still suffers, however, from several issues, including the type of information that needs to be exchanged, the criteria for stopping and how to choose the right collaborators.

Martingale optimal transport duality
We obtain a dual representation of the Kantorovich functional defined for functions on the Skorokhod space using quotient sets. Our representation takes the form of a Choquet capacity generated by martingale measures satisfying additional constraints to ...

3/4-Discrete Optimal Transport [PDF]
This paper deals with the 3/4-discrete 2-Wasserstein optimal transport between two measures, where one is supported by a set of segment and the other one is supported by a set of Dirac masses. We select the most suitable optimization procedure that computes the optimal transport and provide numerical examples of approximation of cloud data by segments.

ABSTRACT Background Osteonecrosis (ON) is a debilitating complication of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) therapy. While numerous studies have explored its incidence and associated risk factors, investigations using large‐scale cohorts remain important to characterize ON across heterogeneous populations.

MODERN TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES. TRANSPORTATION OPTIMIZATION
The article considers the theoretical aspects of modern transport management technologies and transport optimization. The paper demonstrates that the quantitative characteristics of transportation should be used for establishing an optimum criterion for making decisions on route optimization.

ABSTRACT Purpose Malignant rhabdoid tumor of the kidney (MRTK) is a rare, aggressive tumor seen in young children. The optimal timing of resection for locally advanced tumors is not well‐defined. The purpose of this study is to evaluate modern oncologic outcomes and the impact of surgical timing. Methods A multicenter retrospective review was performed

Confusion Matrices: A Unified Theory
The confusion matrix is a key tool for understanding and evaluating models in supervised classification problems. Various matrices are proposed depending on the problem framework: single-label, multi-label, or even soft-label restricted to probability ...
