Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

On the probabilistic min spanning tree Problem [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
International audienceWe study a probabilistic optimization model for min spanning tree, where any vertex v i of the input-graph G(V, E) has some presence probability p i in the final instance G′ ⊂ G that will effectively be optimized.

Spatial and Volumetric Characteristics of Glioblastoma: Associations With Clinical Presentation and Survival

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective We aim to comprehensively analyze how regional tumor and edema characteristics are associated with clinical presentations and survival outcomes in a large cohort of glioblastoma patients. Methods Patients with IDH‐wildtype glioblastoma who received brain MRI from 2010 to 2023 were included.

An optimal matching problem [PDF]

open access: yesESAIM: Control, Optimisation and Calculus of Variations, 2004
Given two measured spaces (X,dx), (Y,dy) and a third space Z, given two functions u(x,z) and v(x,z), we study the problem of finding two maps s from X to Z and t from Y to Z such that the images s(dx) and t(dy) coincide, and the integral of u(x,s(x))dx+v(y,t(y))dy is maximal. We give condition on u and v for which there is a unique solution.

Features of the use of specialized languages for the construction of geometric models of cellular objects in fi element modeling and optimization calculations

open access: yesСистемный анализ и прикладная информатика, 2019
To perform optimization calculations based on the finite element approach in accordance with the criteria accepted by the researcher, it is necessary to first create a parametric geometric model of the product so as to be able to further determine their ...
