IMPACT OF MATRIX INVERSION ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

open access: yesNauka ta progres transportu, 2016
Purpose. The development of a wide construction market and a desire to design innovative architectural building constructions has resulted in the need to create complex numerical models of objects having increasingly higher computational complexity.

Optimal growth and Pareto optimality [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Economics, 1991
Using the McKenzie-Montrucchio approach to optimal growth problems the authors show that in a stationary intertemporal economy with discrete infinite time span and recursive utilities for each of a finite numbers of agents, every Pareto optimum solution is a solution to a generalized McKenzie problem.

Data optimizations for constraint automata [PDF]

open access: yesLogical Methods in Computer Science, 2017
Constraint automata (CA) constitute a coordination model based on finite automata on infinite words. Originally introduced for modeling of coordinators, an interesting new application of CAs is implementing coordinators (i.e., compiling CAs into ...

Learning Rate Tuner with Relative Adaptation (LRT-RA): Road to Sustainable Computing

open access: yesAppliedMath
Optimizing learning rates (LRs) in deep learning (DL) has long been challenging. Previous solutions, such as learning rate scheduling (LRS) and adaptive learning rate (ALR) algorithms like RMSProp and Adam, added complexity by introducing new ...

OPTIMIZATION RULES [PDF]

open access: yesFiabilitate şi Durabilitate, 2016
Nonlinear programming is based on a collection of definitions, theorems, and principles that must be clearly understood if the available nonlinear pro- gramming methods are to be used effectively. This article begins with the definition of the gradient

The Role of Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation in Ataxia‐Telangiectasia

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Ataxia‐telangiectasia (A‐T) is a DNA repair disorder characterized by neurodegeneration, immunodeficiency, and cancer predisposition. Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is an established therapy in related disorders such as Fanconi anemia (FA) and Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS), but its role in A‐T is unclear.
