Le Journal de Physique Colloques, 1983 We discuss the application of the intermodulated optoacoustic detection to Doppler-free spectroscopy of simple molecules in the infrared region. An acoustic cell with high sensitivity at low pressure is described in detail and the pressure dependence of the intermodulated signal is reported.
