Optoelectronic synapses using vertically aligned graphene/diamond heterojunctions
The present work demonstrates that vertically aligned graphene (VG)/diamond heterojunctions can function as optoelectronically-controllable synapses, which are connection parts of neurons and key elements for the memory functions of human brain.
