Fullerenes Nanotubes and Carbon Nanostructures, 2010Oligomers branches of oligo(phenylenevinylene) were attached to a fullerene C60 core. Two generations of oligomers were synthesized using Wittig and Heck reactions. The second generation oligomers showed bathocromic shift due to one more styryl group in the structure.
