This study shows that tafoxiparin 300 mg can increase the rate of cervical ripening and the likelihood of spontaneous onset of labor, while also reducing the duration of labor in women achieving spontaneous onset of labor. The favorable safety profile of tafoxiparin suggests suitability for routine clinical use, including home administration.
