We present a strategy to enhance magnetic hyperthermia therapy by modulating nanoparticle–cell interactions. Antibody‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles targeting the low‐internalizing CCR9 receptor enable spatially controlled membrane anchoring, reducing aggregation and maximizing heat generation under alternating magnetic fields.

Dendrimers Improve Apolipoprotein Nanoparticle mRNA Delivery to Immune Cells
Apolipoprotein nanoparticle (aNP) platform technology efficiently delivers RNA to immune cells following systemic administration. Here, it is demonstrated that incorporating polyvalent ionizable cationic dendrimers in aNPs enables robust mRNA complexation and functional delivery.

Myxomas are rare, benign neoplasms of mesenchymal origin that usually develop in soft tissues. As the clinical manifestations are non-specific, it is difficult to diagnose the tumour without biopsy and histopathological examination.

Retrobulbar chondrosarcoma in a dog [PDF]
This paper presents a review of a dog, with a retrobulbar chondrosarcoma, which was admitted for surgery for visible changes in his eye during inspection. Orbital neoplasia in dogs may be primary and secondary.

Orbital Cystic Schwannoma Originating from the Frontal Nerve
Schwannomas of the orbit are very rare benign neoplasms. Intraorbital cystic schwannomas originating from the frontal nerve are even rarer, with only 1 case reported to date.

Detecting proteins secreted by a single cell while retaining its viability remains challenging. A particles‐in‐particle (PiPs) system made by co‐encapsulating barcoded microparticles (BMPs) with a single cell inside an alginate hydrogel particle is introduced.

Electret‐style organic thin‐film transistors are evaluated for synchrotron X‐ray dosimetry at ultra‐high dose rates, showing promising performance and agreement with standard detectors. XPS and NEXAFS reveal radiation‐induced oxidation and Fermi level shifts in pentacene and polystyrene, correlating with reduced charge carrier mobility and providing ...

Peptide Amphiphiles Hitchhike on Endogenous Biomolecules for Enhanced Cancer Imaging and Therapy
Weakly assembled peptide amphiphile nanostructures disassemble in circulation and reassemble with blood biomolecules, mainly lipoproteins. Binding to blood biomolecules prolongs blood circulation and improves accumulation in solid tumors. In the tumor microenvironment, peptide amphiphiles assemble with cholesterol‐rich domains of cell membranes ...
