The Generalized Hybrid Averaging Operator and its Application in Decision Making // La media generalizada híbrida y su aplicación en la toma de decisiones [PDF]
We present the generalized hybrid averaging (GHA) operator. It is a new aggregation operator that generalizes the hybrid averaging (HA) operator by using the generalized mean. Thus, we are able to generalize a wide range of mean operators such as the HA,

Pythagorean fuzzy set is one of the successful extensions of the intuitionistic fuzzy set for handling uncertainties in information. Under this environment, in this paper, we introduce the notion of Pythagorean fuzzy Einstein hybrid averaging (PFEHA ...

Information, disturbance and Hamiltonian quantum feedback control [PDF]
We consider separating the problem of designing Hamiltonian quantum feedback control algorithms into a measurement (estimation) strategy and a feedback (control) strategy, and consider optimizing desirable properties of each under the minimal constraint ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Single - valued neutrosophic Yager power aggregation operators and its application to MCDM [PDF]
The notion of Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) being a generalization of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets and picture fuzzy sets enhances implications of these methods in various interdisciplinary problems. Aggregation operator is a prevalent

Variances and Logarithmic Aggregation Operators: Extended Tools for Decision-Making Processes
Variance, as a measurement of dispersion, is a basic component of decision-making processes. Recent advances in intelligent systems have included the concept of variance in information fusion techniques for decision-making under uncertainty.

A Consensus Approach to the Sentiment Analysis Problem Driven by Support-Based IOWA Majority [PDF]
In group decision making, there are many situations where the opinion of the majority of participants is critical. The scenarios could be multiple, like a number of doctors finding commonality on the diagnose of an illness or parliament members looking ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Least Squares estimation of two ordered monotone regression curves [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the problem of finding the Least Squares estimators of two isotonic regression curves $g^\circ_1$ and $g^\circ_2$ under the additional constraint that they are ordered; e.g., $g^\circ_1 \le g^\circ_2$.
