Propagation of Sandalwood (Santalum Album Linn) using Tissue and Organ Culture Technique
A majority of the woody plants are difficult to propagate by vegetative means. Traditional methods such as rooting of the excised branches, and grafting, although successful in some instances, still has limitations and cannot be applied for all commercially valuable species.

Culture of fetal mouse liver in plastic chambers: A new technique for organ culture
In Vitro, 1976A new technique for organ culture which uses plastic culture chambers and the advantages of the cellophane-sheet technique is described with the results of a study of cultivations of fetal mouse liver. Two chambers, each containing cells, were placed in gas permeable roller tubes and rotated at 0.1 rpm in a CO2-air gassed incubator.

Monkey organ-cultured anterior segments: Technique and response to H-7
Experimental Eye Research, 2006In the intact primate eye in vivo, it may be difficult to determine whether an outflow facility response is due to direct effects on the trabecular meshwork or indirectly via an effect on ciliary muscle tone unless complicated surgical ciliary muscle disinsertion or isotope accumulation procedures are used.

Atheist Catalogues as an Organizing Technique in Classical Literary Culture

Sterile solution culture techniques for aluminum toxicity studies involving organic acids
Journal of Plant Nutrition, 1991Microbial degradation of low molecular weight organic acids can be a serious source of error in solution culture experiments concerned with the protection of plant roots by these compounds against aluminum (Al) toxicity. Under normal glasshouse conditions, the problem was not solved by sterilisation of the various components of the solution culture ...

Human organ culture techniques for the detection and evaluation of genotoxic agents.
IARC scientific publications, 1989In order to obtain information on the genotoxic metabolism of carcinogens in human skin in vivo, model in-vitro systems have been developed to mimic in-vivo metabolism qualitatively. Direct labelling (3H and 14C) and 32P-postlabelling analyses of benzo[alpha]pyrene (BP)-DNA adducts in human skin explants, CD1 mouse explants and CD1 mouse skin in vivo ...
