Bioengineering tumor‐stroma pancreatic cancer models with potential to emulate the native immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Cancer‐on‐a‐bead models exhibited higher relevance for screening immunotherapies and modulating the protumoral PDAC microenvironment. ABSTRACT Pancreatic cancer is notably resistant to treatment, primarily due to its dense

Electrochemical Biosensor for Rapid Detection of Acute Rejection in Kidney Transplants
A low‐cost, rapid electrochemical immunosensor coated with a novel antifouling nanocomposite enables single‐step, dual‐biomarker profiling directly from unprocessed urine. Application in a clinical study shows accurate discrimination of acute rejection in kidney transplants from other acute kidney injuries via machine learning.

MDSC suppresses T cell antitumor immunity in CAC via GPNMB in a MyD88‐dependent manner
Background Myeloid‐derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) played an essential role in tumor microenvironment to suppress host antitumor immunity and help cancer cells escape immune surveillance. However, the molecular mechanism behind tumor evasion mediated by
