Spin Fluctuation-Induced Superconductivity in Organic Compounds
Spin fluctuation-induced superconductivity in two-dimensional organic compounds such as \kappa-(ET)_2-X is investigated by using a simplified dimer Hubbard model with right-angled isosceles triangular lattice (transfer matrices -\tau, -\tau^\prime).

Crosstalk between the ribosome quality control‐associated E3 ubiquitin ligases LTN1 and RNF10
Loss of the E3 ligase LTN1, the ubiquitin‐like modifier UFM1, or the deubiquitinating enzyme UFSP2 disrupts endoplasmic reticulum–ribosome quality control (ER‐RQC), a pathway that removes stalled ribosomes and faulty proteins. This disruption may trigger a compensatory response to ER‐RQC defects, including increased expression of the E3 ligase RNF10 ...

3-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)pyridine
3-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)pyridine was synthesized by treating 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole with pyridin-3-ylboronic acid under Chan–Evans–Lam coupling conditions. The structure and identity were confirmed by 1H, 13C-NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, UV–Vis

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

The synthesis of a palladium complex bearing two diethyl[(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylamino)(4-nitrophenyl)methyl]phosphonates as ligands has demonstrated the ability of this type of $\alpha $-aminophosphonates to coordinate to the palladium(II) ion via

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures of compounds containing both hydrogen and deuterium [PDF]
Method allows qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures of partially deuterated compounds. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy determines location and amount of deuterium in organic compounds but not fully deuterated compounds.

Atomic Structures of Molecules Based on Additivity of Atomic and/or Ionic Radii [PDF]
The authors have shown in recent years that interatomic and interionic distances are sums of the radii of the adjacent atoms and/or ions. Many examples will be provided and it will be shown how the experimental bond lengths agree with the radii sums. The

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.
