AbstractThe interface between dielectric and organic semiconductor is critically important in determining organic thin‐film transistor (OTFT) performance. Surface polarity of the dielectric layer can hinder charge transport characteristics, which has restricted utilization of polymeric dielectric materials containing polar functional groups.

Functionalized Arylacetylene Oligomers for Organic Thin‐Film Transistors (OTFTs)
Advanced Materials, 2005Oligo(arylacetylene)‐based organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs) possess good structural order and smooth film morphologies, and exhibit field‐effect mobilities of 0.3 cm2 V–1 s–1, one of the highest field‐effect mobilities reported for an OTFT device that does not possess a self‐assembled‐layer configuration.

Understanding mobility degeneration mechanism in organic thin-film transistors (OTFT)
Chemical Physics Letters, 2017Abstract Mobility degradation at high gate bias is often observed in organic thin film transistors. We propose a mechanism for this confusing phenomenon, based on the percolation theory with the presence of disordered energy landscape with an exponential density of states.

Fabrication of Organic Thin Film Transistor(OTFT) Array by Using Nanoprinting Process
Key Engineering Materials, 2006The flexible organic thin film transistor(OTFT) array to use as a switching device for an organic light emitting diode(OLED) was designed and fabricated in the nanocontact printing and low-temperature process. The gate, source, and drain electrode patterns of OTFT were fabricated by nanocontact printing process.

The impact of electrode work function on the performance of an organic thin film transistor (OTFT) is studied. High work function metal electrodes are a good choice for reducing the threshold voltage and reducing the injection barrier. Four different metals copper(Cu), aluminum (Al), gold (Au) and platinum (Pt) are used for gate electrode.

Electrical characterization of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) on organic thin film transistor (OTFT)
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2017A green method and eco-friendly solution were used to chemically reduce graphene oxide (GO) to graphene using green reductant. In this study, graphene oxide (GO) were prepared by using Tours method. Then, reduced graphene oxides (rGO) were prepared by using three typical reduction agents: L-ascorbic acid (L-AA), formamidinesulfinic acid (FAS) and ...
