Compared with PT‐CAFs, LN‐CAFs exhibited a myofibroblast‐like phenotype, enhanced tumor stemness‐promoting activity, and fibrosis‐, EMT‐, and hypoxia‐related transcriptomic signatures. LN‐CAF‐related gene signatures were independently associated with poor prognosis in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
