PIEZO1 is highly correlated with mechanical stimulation, controlling bone growth and remodeling, while showing specific distribution characteristics under distinct loads. Upon dialectical review, this manuscript proposes that PIEZO1 could serve as a target for osteoporosis and a quantitative indicator for monitoring bone health in real‐time.

Lowest incidence of impacted canines 0.27% reported in literature relates to Japanese sample population.
