Bidiagonalization of oscillatory matrices∗

Linear and Multilinear Algebra, 1997
We prove that an oscillatory matrix is similar to a bidiagonal nonnegative matrix by means of a totally positive matrix of change of basis. New characterizations of oscillatory and nonsingular totally positive matrices in terms of similarity are provided.

[Electron-oscillatory spectra of pyrimidine bases of nucleic acids in argon matrices].

Biofizika, 1983
The studies on the oscillatory structure of adsorption spectra of pyrimidine bases of nucleic acids isolated in Ar matrix at 11 K are described. To clear up the importance of molecule isolation in the matrix, amorphous films of the materials studied were investigated experimentally at 11 and 77 K.

V169 — A Compact‑Support Budget Certificate Framework for Weil Positivity: Finite Bump Matrices, Two‑Zero Paley–Wiener Constraints, and a Central–Oscillatory Gluing Mechanism

Description This manuscript extends the compact‑support certificate program for Weil positivity in the logarithmic variable. It introduces a budget certificate framework that combines finite bump matrices, endpoint‑free Schur decomposition, direct archimedean tail bounds, and a new central–oscillatory gluing mechanism.

V170 — A Compact‑Support Budget Certificate Framework for Weil Positivity: Finite Bump Matrices, Two‑Zero Paley–Wiener Constraints, and a Central–Oscillatory Gluing Mechanism

Description This manuscript advances the compact‑support certificate program for Weil positivity in the logarithmic variable. It develops a budget certificate framework that integrates finite bump matrices, endpoint‑free Schur decomposition, direct archimedean tail bounds, and a central–oscillatory gluing mechanism.

V170_1 — A Compact‑Support Budget Certificate Framework for Weil Positivity: Finite Bump Matrices, Two‑Zero Paley–Wiener Constraints, and a Central–Oscillatory Gluing Mechanism

Description This manuscript continues the compact‑support certificate program for Weil positivity in the logarithmic variable. It develops a budget certificate framework that integrates finite bump matrices, endpoint‑free Schur decomposition, direct archimedean tail bounds, and a central–oscillatory gluing mechanism.
