Highly Efficient Pure‐Blue Single‐Layer Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes Without High‐Triplet‐Energy Auxiliary Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) comprising triplet‐harvesting emitters require the use of high‐triplet‐energy hosts and blocking layers to confine the triplet excitons to the emitter. Here, we present efficient single‐layer blue hyperfluorescent OLEDs comprising solely of a matrix‐free emissive layer between two charge‐injecting electrodes ...

One-loop algebras and fixed flow trajectories in adjoint multi-scalar gauge theory

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We study the one loop renormalisation of 4d SU(N) Yang-Mills theory with M adjoint representation scalar multiplets related by O(M) symmetry. General M are of field theoretic interest, and the 4d one loop beta function of the gauge coupling g 2 vanishes ...

Neighbor selection and hitting probability in small-world graphs

open access: yes, 2007
Small-world graphs, which combine randomized and structured elements, are seen as prevalent in nature. Jon Kleinberg showed that in some graphs of this type it is possible to route, or navigate, between vertices in few steps even with very little ...

Allogeneic Immune Cell Perfusion Inhibits the Growth of Vascularized 3D In Vitro Tumor Models, Induces Vascular Regression and Desmoplasia, but Promotes Tumor Cell Invasion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a vascularized 3D tumor model to investigate immune–stromal–tumor interactions under allogeneic PBMC perfusion. While immune cells induced tumor shrinkage, they also promoted vascular regression, stromal activation, and cancer cell invasion.

MOFs als neue katalytische Plattform für kovalente adaptive Netzwerke: Katalyse trifft Verstärkung

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Momentum space design of high-Q photonic crystal optical cavities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
The design of high quality factor (Q) optical cavities in two dimensional photonic crystal (PC) slab waveguides based upon a momentum space picture is presented.

MOFs as New Catalytic Platform for Covalent Adaptable Networks: Catalysis Meets Reinforcement

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
A novel heterogeneous catalytic platform for covalent adaptable networks (CANs) is introduced by immobilizing bases of low molecular weight on metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs). The obtained catalyst UiO‐TBD benefits from the high loading capacity of the MOF and demonstrates a higher thermal stability relative to free TBD.

Dispersion estimates for spherical Schrödinger equations: the effect of boundary conditions [PDF]

open access: yesOpuscula Mathematica, 2016
We investigate the dependence of the \(L^1\to L^{\infty}\) dispersive estimates for one-dimensional radial Schrödinger operators on boundary conditions at \(0\).

Kinetic description of mixtures of anisotropic fluids

open access: yes, 2014
A simple system of coupled kinetic equations for quark and gluon anisotropic systems is solved numerically. The solutions are compared with the predictions of the anisotropic hydrodynamics describing a mixture of anisotropic fluids.
