Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy and primary intestinal lymphoma

Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (HOA) in association with primary bowel disease is rare, but is usually seen in patients with chronic diarrheal states, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
