Yet, psychologists continue to perform direct replications, as evidenced by recent preregistered multilab attempts at exact replications of the ego depletion effect.

Risk indicators of depression among medical, dental, nursing, pharmacology, and other medical science students in Saudi Arabia

The aim of the study was to investigate the prevalence and risk indicators of depression in undergraduate students of health-related specialties. A systematic random sample of 398 students from seven health colleges was included. The assessment tool was a self-reported questionnaire based on Becks Depression Inventory (BDI).

A new generalized version of Log-logistic distribution with applications in medical sciences and other applied fields

In this paper, we studied a two-parameter transmuted model of Log-logistic distribution (LLD) using the quadratic rank transmutation map technique studied by Shaw and Buckley1 as a new survival model in medical sciences and other applied fields. Statistical properties of Transmuted LLD (TLLD) are discussed comprehensively.
