Mean-Square Strong Stability and Stabilization of Discrete-Time Markov Jump Systems with Multiplicative Noises

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
In this paper, the mean-square strong stability and stabilization of discrete-time Markov jump systems are studied. Firstly, the definition of mean-square strong stability is given, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for mean-square strong ...

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Singular Perturbation Theory in Output Feedback Control of Pure-Feedback Systems

open access: yesIranian Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2016
This paper studies output feedback control of pure-feedback systems with immeasurable states and completely non-affine property. Since availability of all the states is usually impossible in the actual process, we assume that just the system output is ...

On diagonalization by dynamic output feedback

open access: yesKybernetika, 1989
The purpose of this paper is to draw attention to a causality degree- dominance property in diagonalization problems by dynamic output feedback and constant precompensator. Even in the well-investigated special case of square transfer matrices, the property of degree-dominance yields new insight into the structure of diagonalizable transfer matrices.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
