Engineering Oncolytic Virus‐Armed Macrophages for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy
ZIFOA‐M is engineered by conjugating oncolytic adenovirus‐loaded ZIF‐8 nanoparticles onto macrophage surfaces via bioorthogonal chemistry. Upon tumor infiltration, the platform releases OA to downregulate CD47/CD24 on tumor cells, restoring macrophage phagocytosis.

Mast cells (MCs) release pro-inflammatory mediators through a process called degranulation response. The latter may be induced by several conditions, including antigen recognition through immunoglobulin E (IgE) or “cross-linking,” classically associated ...

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

ENZYMATIC DEPHOSPHORYLATION OF OVALBUMIN AND PLAKALBUMIN [PDF]
It has been shown by the work presented in this paper that it is possible to carry out a stepwise dephosphorylation of ovalbumin. With the aid of a prostate phosphatase that attacks only one of the two phosphorus-containing groups in the major component, A1, of ovalbumin, a protein, A2, containing 1 atom of phosphorus per mole has been prepared ...

A senolytic sonovaccine platform (SenoVac) is developed, in which senescent cell‐derived vesicles serve as broad senescent cell antigen reservior. The “2‐step” click chemistry strategy for effective lymph node delivery, and ultrasound‐triggered endosomal escape to boost cross‐presentation, ensures efficient senescent cell clearance and disease ...

Fangchinoline is identified as a small‐molecule DNGR‐1 modulator that enhances dendritic‐cell cross‐presentation of tumor antigens. By engaging DNGR‐1 and activating Syk–Nox2 signaling, it promotes phagosomal ROS, antigen escape, MHC‐I presentation, and CD8+ T‐cell priming, thereby strengthening antitumor immunity and sensitizing tumors to PD‐1 ...

Salvinorin A inhibits ovalbumin‐stimulated allergic rhinitis and RBL‐2H3 cells degranulation
Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a long‐term noncommunicable inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa mediated by immunoglobulin E and is mainly caused by exposure of genetically susceptible individuals to environmental allergens.

Cancer vaccines face limitations in pancreatic cancer due to insufficient tumor antigens. This ionic liquid ILvax via local tumor delivery triggers robust cDC1‐dependent systemic anti‐tumor immunity. It boosts endogenous CD8+ T cells and optimizes adoptive TCR‐T function, providing a promising synergistic therapeutic strategy.

Role of the Intrachain Disulfide Bond of Ovalbumin during Conversion into S-Ovalbumin
Disulfide-reduced and carboxymethylated ovalbumin was treated at pH 9.9 and 55 degrees C for 24 h as a specific condition for preparation of S-ovalbumin. The stability and conformation of the product were investigated. Such alkaline treatment converted native protein to S-ovalbumin, but this modified ovalbumin was not stabilized, according to results ...

Stigmasterol Modulates Allergic Airway Inflammation in Guinea Pig Model of Ovalbumin-Induced Asthma
We explored the potential benefits of stigmasterol in the treatment of asthma, an airway disorder characterized by immune pathophysiology and with an ever-increasing worldwide prevalence.
