PARPi Combining Nanoparticle LIN28B siRNA for the Management of Malignant Ascites
Advanced Science, EarlyView. This study demonstrates that co‐inhibition of LIN28B and PARP using siLin28b/DSSP@lip‐PEG‐FA nanoparticles in combination with the PARP inhibitor BMN673 effectively suppresses the accumulation of malignant ascites associated with advanced cancers.Yan Fang, Qian Shen, Yao Lin, Jing Zhu, Xiaolan Zhu, Rui Huang, Yijia Wu, Feiyang Shen, Qian Li, Guopei Zheng, Zhe Zhang, Qian Chu, Junhao Hu, Jianfeng Shen +13 morewiley +1 more sourceA Biomarker‐Driven Ovary–Endometrium Organ‐on‐a‐Chip Mimicking 3D Multicellular Complexity and Menstrual Cyclicity for Predicting Reproductive Toxicity
Advanced Science, EarlyView. We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.Soo‐Rim Kim, Eun‐kyung Min, Choon‐Mi Lee, Chan Hum Park, Byung‐Chul Oh, YunJae Jung, In‐Sun Hong +6 morewiley +1 more sourceSupplementary Tables S1-S11 from Gene-Expression Profiling of Mucinous Ovarian Tumors and Comparison with Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal Tumors Identifies Markers Associated with Adverse Outcomes

Advanced Science, EarlyView.ARID1A, a SWI/SNF complex component, is frequently mutated in colorectal cancer (CRC). CRC with ARID1A/TP53 concurrent mutations shows marked sensitivity to WEE1 inhibition. ARID1A loss induces R‐loop‐mediated replication stress, impairs ATF3 transcription, and amplifies WEE1i‐induced DNA damage, suggesting a promising therapeutic vulnerability ...Chi Zhang, Yanjing Zhu, Luoyan Ai, Jingyuan Wang, Shan Yu, Yichen Wang, Xiaojing Xu, Mengling Liu, Yiyi Yu, Mengxuan Zhu, Yutong Liu, Zhenghang Xu, Haojie Zhou, Huishan Li, Qihong Huang, Qing Liu, Ke Peng, Tianshu Liu +17 morewiley +1 more sourceEfferocytosis‐Driven Polyamine Metabolism in Macrophages Enhances Cancer Stem Cell Enrichment after Chemotherapy in Ovarian Cancer
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Chemotherapy‐induced efferocytosis drives ovarian cancer stem cell enrichment. By engulfing apoptotic cancer cells, macrophages upregulate ODC1 and produce putrescine, which elevates osteopontin (OPN) expression. Secreted OPN then activates the CD44 receptor on cancer cells, promoting stemness and chemoresistance.Wenhan Li, Feiquan Ying, Xinkai Pang, Qiulei Wu, Guoqing Li, Lin Huang, Jiayu Xin, Xiaoli Liu, Pan Liu, Xiaohan Xu, Shuran Tan, Yumei Gao, Tong Liu, Si Sun, Xiaoman Wang, Yiping Wen, Liqiong Cai, Shi Du, Yuan Zhang, Jing Cai +19 morewiley +1 more source
