Premature ovarian insufficiency: When ovaries retire early [PDF]
Introduction: Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) refers to loss of ovarian activity before the age 40 years. POI has significant detrimental effects on health (infertility, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, reduced bone density, dementia ...

Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Successful cryopreservation of buffalo ovaries using in situ oocyte cryopreservation [PDF]
To improve the efficiency and efficacy of cryopreservation of ovaries, we developed a new method termed in situ oocyte (ISO) cryopreservation. ISO cryopreservation is a multistep procedure that involves aspiration of follicular fluid and then perfusion ...

This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN HORMONAL BLOOD SERUM AND OVARIAN FOLLICULAR FLUID DURING SEASON AND OUT SEASON IN BITCHES [PDF]
The functions of the ovaries are controlled by many exogenous and endogenous factors, including changes in the biochemical and endocrine glands that occur in the follicular fluid during the ...

The intimate interaction between negatively charged RNA molecules and conjugated polymers in organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) in aqueous electrolytes is investigated. It demonstrates that RNA binding reduces the volumetric capacitance of the polymer channel, enabling the development of an ultrasensitive biosensing platform capable of ...
