Abstract A case of dysgerminoma of the ovary in a three and one-half year old child is reported. A metastatic lesion in the neck was the presenting symptom. The primary tumor was diagnosed several months later. If this tumor is diagnosed before metastasis occurs, a radical panhysterectomy followed by roentgen therapy is the treatment of choice.
