Dubrovnik sheep is of medium built, proportional and firm body composition. The sheep fleece is closed to semi-closed, mostly white. Today's Dubrovnik sheep is beter developed (longer and of higher body weight) in relation to the one described by Rako in 1949. This can be attributed to the present better food conditions.
