Testing dynamic characteristics of overcurrent relays
IEEE WESCANEX 93 Communications, Computers and Power in the Modern Environment - Conference Proceedings, 2002Test methods for determining the dynamic characteristics of an overcurrent relay are discussed. By dynamics is meant the response of the relay to a current of varying magnitude. The test method, originated by IREQ, is used by Hydro Quebec to determine the ability of new relays to coordinate with the installed base of induction relays.

Overcurrent relays coordination for commercial building
2013 IEEE 7th International Power Engineering and Optimization Conference (PEOCO), 2013This paper presents an overcurrent relays coordination study for an 11 kV commercial building in southern Malaysia. Nevertheless, the actual study that covers the overcurrent relays, earth fault relays and earth leakage relays were executed by providing optimum and functionable relay settings prior to commissioning of the building.
