CellTypeGraph: A New Geometric Computer Vision Benchmark [PDF]
Classifying all cells in an organ is a relevant and difficult problem from plant developmental biology. We here abstract the problem into a new benchmark for node classification in a geo-referenced graph. Solving it requires learning the spatial layout of the organ including symmetries.

Multi-Kink Quantile Regression for Longitudinal Data with Application to the Progesterone Data Analysis [PDF]
Motivated by investigating the relationship between progesterone and the days in a menstrual cycle in a longitudinal study, we propose a multi-kink quantile regression model for longitudinal data analysis. It relaxes the linearity condition and assumes different regression forms in different regions of the domain of the threshold covariate.

A Knowledge-Based Decision Support System for In Vitro Fertilization Treatment [PDF]
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is the most widely used Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). IVF usually involves controlled ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, fertilization in the laboratory with subsequent embryo transfer. The first two steps correspond with follicular phase of females and ovulation in their menstrual cycle.

High singleton live birth rate following classical ovulation induction in normogonadotrophic anovulatory infertility (WHO 2) [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Medical induction of ovulation using clomiphene citrate (CC) as first line and exogenous gonadotrophins as second line forms the classical treatment algorithm in normogonadotrophic anovulatory infertility.

BACKGROUND Clomiphene citrate (CC) is generally considered first-line treatment in women with anovulation due to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Ovulation induction with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH; gonadotrophins) is second-line treatment for ...
