Adsorption and interaction of oxamyl with kaolinites
Proceedings / Indian Academy of Sciences, 1980The adsorptive behaviour of oxamyl with H-, Na- and Ca-kaolinites was studied. The effect of time on adsorption showed that the process was diffusion controlled. Kinetic studies showed that reaction was of first order. Maximum adsorption occurred at pH 6·5 (in the vicinity of pK value).

Chronic Toxicity, Reproductive, and Teratogenic Studies with Oxamyl
Toxicological Sciences, 1986Oxamyl (methylN',N'-dimethyl-N-[(methylcarbamoyl)oxy]-1-thiooxam imidate; CAS 23135-22-0) was tested for oral toxicity in the rat and dog (90-day and 2-year feeding studies) and in the mouse (2-year feeding study). Teratogenic potential was evaluated in the rat and rabbit and functional reproductive capacity was studied in the rat in a one- and a three-

Oxamyl dipeptide caspase inhibitors developed for the treatment of stroke
Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2004Structural modifications were made to a previously described acyl dipeptide caspase inhibitor, leading to the oxamyl dipeptide series. Subsequent SAR studies directed toward the warhead, P2, and P4 regions of this novel peptidomimetic are described herein.

Kinetics of oxamyl interaction with three indian soils
Colloids and Surfaces, 1983Abstract The kinetics of Oxamyl adsorption on black, alluvial and red soils have been investigated. The adsorption and desorption rate constants obtained were in agreement with those obtained from the Lindstrom et al, model, which proved useful in the simultaneous evaluation of adsorption ( k 1 ) and desorption ( k 2 ) rate constants.

Adsorption, decomposition and movement of oxamyl in soil
Pesticide Science, 1984AbstractA study was conducted of the behaviour of oxamyl in Israeli soils of varying clay and organic matter contents. The adsorption isotherms for oxamyl were linear, and the adsorption coefficient (Kd) could be correlated to the clay content of the soils, as well as to the organic matter content of the soil.

Adsorption of Oxamyl and Dimecron in Montmorillonite Suspensions
Soil Science Society of America Journal, 1983Abstract Adsorption of oxamyl and phosphamidon (Dimecron) was determined from dilute solutions of montmorillonite saturated with different cations, e.g., Li + , Na + , K + , Cs

The Sub‐Acute Potential Risk of Oxamyl in Male Albino Rats
Environmental ToxicologyABSTRACTThe current study aimed to investigate the sub‐acute effects of oxamyl on male Albino rats following oral administration of either 0.031 or 0.31 mg/kg/day for 14 consecutive days. The findings demonstrated that oxamyl produced a significant impact on most of the examined blood profile and biomarkers, along with a significant progressive and ...
