Bioassembly of Region‐Specific Fibrocartilage Microtissues to Engineer Zonally Defined Meniscal Grafts

Meniscal microtissues are fabricated using progenitor cells isolated from the inner (iMPCs) and outer (oMPCs) regions of the meniscus. Meniscal microtissues fuse into cohesive constructs rich in sGAG and collagen. cABC treatment modulates collagen fiber formation and organization in assembled grafts.

Bilirubin Sensing Using Organic Electrochemical Transistors: Role of Gate Materials and Operational Parameters

This study explores PEDOT:PSS‐based OECTs as sensitive bilirubin sensors, revealing that polarizable gate electrodes (Au, Pt, glassy carbon) enable detection while non‐polarizable Ag/AgCl gates suppress response. Operational parameters modulate current direction, suggesting complex interfacial dynamics.

Different approaches to MOF‐NP composite formation, such as ship‐in‐a‐bottle, bottle‐around‐the‐ship and in situ one‐step synthesis, are used. Owing to synergistic effects, the advantageous features of the components of the composites are beneficially combined, and their individual drawbacks are mitigated.
