Electrical Coating Method of Graphene Oxide
Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2014In this work, we use the electrical method to coat graphene oxide (GO) on ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) glass. The coated GO was characterized by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The coated surface was monitored by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM).
