On weighted $$\ell ^p$$- convergence of Fourier series: a variant of theorems of Wiener and Lévy

Advances in Operator Theory, 2020
A classical theorem of Wiener says that if a continuous function on the unit circle has absolutely convergent Fourier series and vanishes nowhere, then the reciprocal also has absolutely convergent Fourier series. Its generalisation, the Wiener-Lévi theorem, says that analytic functions act on such functions: if \(\varphi\) is analytic near range \(f\)

Four dimensional matrix characterization P-convergence fields of summability methods

Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2013
In 1945 Agnew presented two dimensional matrix characterization of convergent fields. The goal of this paper is to present four dimensional matrix characterization of P-convergent field. This will be accomplished by the presentation of the following multiple dimensional analogues of Agnew's theorem.

One-dimensional self-adaptive interpolations in the p-convergence procedure

Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering, 1983
Abstract In one-dimensional Lagrange interpolation, the conventional and self-adaptive trial functions are examined in a unified manner. The finite element solutions are theoretically independent of the basis choice and the simple matrix assembly can be employed for any basis unless the assembly admissibility is crimed. The sparse polynomial is then
