Graded Betti numbers of ideals with linear quotient
Le Matematiche, 2008 In this paper we show that every ideal with linear quotients is componentwise linear. We also generalize the Eliahou-Kervaire formula for graded Betti numbers of stable ideals to homogeneous ideals with linear quotients.

Yeast Gcn2 retains activity following humanization of its auto‐phosphorylation region
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model to study Gcn2 activation and regulation is limited by the lack of antibodies detecting phosphorylated Gcn2. ATZ‐1 promotes DNA replication efficiency to maintain normal meiotic function
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Absence of ATZ‐1 interferes with meiotic DNA replication and cell cycle function via CHK‐1. This causes downstream defects associated with DNA damage and genomic integrity. Taken together, this study suggests that ATZ‐1 influences DNA replication efficiency and cell cycle function to maintain normal meiotic function.
