On p-parts of Brauer character degrees and p-regular conjugacy class sizes
Let $G$ be a finite group, $p$ a prime, and $IBr_p(G)$ the set of irreducible $p$-Brauer characters of $G$. Let $\bar e_p(G)$ be the largest integer such that $p^{\bar e_p(G)}$ divides $χ(1)$ for some $χ\in IBr_p(G)$. We show that $|G:O_p(G)|_p \leq p^{k \bar e_p(G)}$ for an explicitly given constant $k$. We also study the analogous problem for the $p$-

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Assessment of postural stability of 14-year-old girls training volleyball
Introduction: Measurements of postural stability are carried out for the prevention of injuries and for rehabilitation of athletes who have sustained traumatic injuries. The aim of the study was to assess postural stability measured in static and dynamic

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Fuzzy Soft Topological Approaches Based on p-Fuzzy Soft Ω-Open Sets
In this study, we introduce new classes of fuzzy soft open sets, namely, p-FSΩ-open (respectively, p-FSΩP-open, p-FSΩS-open, p-FSΩα-open, and p-FSΩγ-open) sets in fuzzy soft topological spaces (FSTSs) based on fuzzy topologies in view of Šostak.
