Targeting the KAT7/H3K14ac/RAC2 Axis Mediates OXPHOS to Promote Stemness Maintenance and Malignancy in Glioblastoma. [PDF]

SOX2 upregulates KAT7 in glioma stem cells, where KAT7 deposits H3K14 acetylation at the RAC2 promoter to activate RAC2 transcription. RAC2‐GTP subsequently promotes PAK1/2/3 phosphorylation, increasing tricarboxylic acid cycle flux and mitochondrial respiration to support glioblastoma malignancy.

An Edible Chitosan‐Based Acoustic Sensor for Sound‐Responsive Actuation in Edible Robots

This study introduces an edible acoustic sensor for robotic food and edible robotics. Built from a chitosan piezoelectric film between gold electrodes, the sensor enables acoustic communication through ON/OFF keying. Integrated into an edible robot with pneumatically actuated arms and neck, it responds to high‐frequency tones.

Domain Engineering and Anisotropic Domain‐Wall Photovoltaic Effects in Ferroelectric SnS

The bulk photovoltaic effect at domain walls in the in‐plane ferroelectric 2D semiconductor SnS is investigated using periodic domain structures. Unlike conventional oxide ferroelectrics, domain walls of SnS do not contribute to photocurrent generation perpendicular to the domain walls.
