Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur dan Waktu Tahan Post Weld Heat Treatment pada Kekerasan Material A335 Grade P92 untuk Aplikasi Pembangkit Listrik

Jurnal Teknologi Maritim
A335 Grade P92 steel is a martensitic high temperature which widely-applicated on power plan component with high pressure, therefor it required high tightness. Martensitic properties of material caused the high hardness and easily crack.

Characteristics of Residual Stress in P92 Steel Welds

Advanced Materials Research, 2007
Welding residual stress has important influence on the performance of engineering components. In this paper, the residual stress and FWHM were measured by X-ray diffraction method to investigate characteristics for P92 steel welds. The aim of the study is to estimate the residual stress and FWHM distribution characteristics.

Predicting crack initiation under the effects of ingot defects in P92 pipes based on a ductile fracture model

Engineering Research Express
The ingot defects of P92 martensitic steel could induce crack initiation during the critical normalization-tempering treatment, which deteriorates the properties of P92 pipe used in ultra-supercritical (USC) power plants greatly.

An Examination of Cricket Bat Performance (P92)

2008
The aims of this study were to experimentally measure and numerically describe the performance of cricket bats and balls. A dynamic finite element model was employed to simulate the bat-ball impact. The ball was modeled as a linear viscoelastic material which provided the mechanism of energy loss during impact.

Aging Mechanism of Welded Joints of P92 Steels

Volume 3: Design, Materials and Manufacturing, Parts A, B, and C, 2012
This paper concerns the study of aging mechanism of welded joints of P92 steels. Alloys like P92 steel are commonly used in ultra-supercritical (USC) power plants. Depending on the service conditions, the welded joints may become a critical weak link between component connections, showing crack openings and even failures.

Creep damage evaluation of P92 steel using nonlinear Lamb waves

2017 IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium (IUS), 2017
P92 martensitic ferritic steels are an attractive material for critical components in power industries due to the excellent creep property. However, these steels are usually susceptible to creep strength degradation during a long service period under the elevated temperature and pressure.
