Convoluted filtering for process cycle modeling
Convoluted model‐filtering technique was developed and exploited to build and train the Convoluted Filter (CoFi) artifacts for Fe‐based alloy heat treatment cycles, to filter out deep learning models that change the surrogate microstructure state after the heat treatment at ambient conditions.

Abstract Xenopus laevis tadpoles can regenerate functional tails, containing the spinal cord, notochord, muscle, fin, blood vessels and nerves, except for a brief refractory period at around 1 week of age. At this stage, amputation of the tadpole's tail may either result in scarless wound healing or the activation of a regeneration programme, which ...

Investigations on interdiffusion behaviour of electroplated chromium layers on pure iron substrates reveal a multimodal microstructure evolution. Details of the microstructural changes, like a concentration step formation due to a Cr concentration‐dependent shift of the fcc to bcc phase boundary and the formation of a pore network in the interface area,

Based on detailed three‐dimensional numerical simulation, creep crack growth behavior of C(T) specimen with different thicknesses of 316H steel was predicted using a stress‐dependent creep ductility and strain rate model. Three regions were observed in the relation of creep crack growth rate versus fracture parameter C∗.

Microstructural evolution and mechanical property degradation of the newly developed G115 steel during thermal exposure are highly important for the safe power plant operation. In this paper, the microstructural stability and strength as well as impact toughness were investigated after aging at 650°C and 700°C up to 5000 h.

High temperature workability behaviour of a modified P92 steel [PDF]
Abstract The high temperature forming behaviour of a modified P92, type 9 % Cr, steel is studied by means of torsion tests. The data obtained from these tests allowed correlation of the number of turns to failure, a measure of ductility, as a function of strain rate and temperature.

Criss‐crossing autism spectrum disorder and adult neurogenesis
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) comprises a group of neurodevelopmental disorders posing, in varying degree, a life‐long challenge for both patients and caretakers. The impact of adult neurogenesis (AN) on the pathogenesis and development of ASD has not yet been fully cleared.
