( p , q ) $(\mathrm{p},\mathrm{q})$ -Analysis of Montgomery identity and estimates of ( p , q ) $(\mathrm{p},\mathrm{q})$ -bounds with applications

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2021
The main objective of this article is to establish a new post quantum version of Montgomery identity. Some estimates of associated post quantum bounds are also obtained.

Some approximation properties of bivariate Bleimann–Butzer–Hahn operators based on (p, q)-integers

open access: yesBollettino dell'Unione Matematica Italiana, 2016
Recently, Mursaleen et al applied (p,q)-calculus in approximation theory and introduced (p,q)-analogue of Bernstein operators in [16]. In this paper, we construct and introduce a generalization of the bivariate Bleimann-Butzer-Hahn operators based on (p,q)-integers and obtain Korovkin type approximation theorem of these operators.

Approximation of functions by Dunkl-type generalization of Szász-Durrmeyer operators based on \((p,q)\)-integers

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
Summary: In this article, our main purpose is to define the \((p,q)\)-variant of Szász-Durrmeyer type operators with the help of Dunkl generalization generated by an exponential function. We estimate moments and establish some direct results of the aforementioned operators. Moreover, we establish some approximation results in weighted spaces.

A certain ( p , q ) $(p,q)$ -derivative operator and associated divided differences

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2016
Recently, Sofonea (Gen. Math. 16:47-54, 2008) considered some relations in the context of quantum calculus associated with the q-derivative operator D q $D_{q}$ and divided difference. As applications of the post-quantum calculus known as the ( p , q ) $(

Q-Q Plot for Meta-Analytic P-Values for association between SNPs and CXR Extent.

open access: yes, 2023
The quantile-quantile (Q-Q) plot shows the inverse log(10) of the observed p-values on the Y-axis relative to what is expected if there was no association on the x-axis. Deviations above the line indicate an association with the outcome.

Nonexistence of Positive Integer Solutions of the Diophantine Equation p^x + (p + 2q)^ y = z^2 , where p, q and p + 2q are Prime Numbers

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, 2023
The Diophantine equation p^x + (p + 2q)^y = z^2 , where p, q and p + 2q are prime numbers, is studied widely. Many authors give q as an explicit prime number and investigate the positive integer solutions and some conditions for non-existence of positive integer solutions.

Time Toxicity in Wilms Tumor: Quantifying the Burden of Healthcare Interaction in the First Year After Diagnosis

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Wilms tumor (WT) treatment imposes a significant time burden on patients and their families. Time toxicity is a patient‐centered metric that quantifies the burden of healthcare interaction. We sought to define time toxicity in the first year after diagnosis of WT and hypothesized that it would increase as tumor stage and treatment ...

High-Q bismuth silicate nonlinear glass microsphere resonators

open access: yes, 2012
The fabrication and characterization of a bismuth-silicate glass microsphere resonator has been demonstrated. At wavelengths near 1550 nm, high-modes can be efficiently excited in a 179 µm diameter bismuth-silicate glass microsphere via evanescent ...
