Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Conformal (p, q) supergeometries in two dimensions
We propose a superspace formulation for conformal (p, q) supergravity in two dimensions as a gauge theory of the superconformal group OSp0(p|2; ℝ) × OSp0(q|2; ℝ) with a flat connection.

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

The preliminary idea of statistical weighted B-summability was introduced by Kadak et al. [27]. Subsequently, deferred weighted statistical B-summability has recently been studied by Pradhan et al. [38]. In this paper, we study statistical versions of deferred weighted B-summability as well as deferred weighted B-convergence with respect to

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Some approximation results on Bernstein-Schurer operators defined by (p,q)-integers (Revised)
In the present article, we have given a corrigendum to our paper "Some approximation results on Bernstein-Schurer operators defined by (p,q)-integers" published in Journal of In- equalities and Applications (2015) 2015:249.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Some approximation properties of ( p , q ) $(p,q)$ -Bernstein operators
This paper is concerned with the ( p , q ) $(p,q)$ -analog of Bernstein operators. It is proved that, when the function is convex, the ( p , q ) $(p,q)$ -Bernstein operators are monotonic decreasing, as in the classical case.

In the present study, we introduce the two-dimensional Chlodovsky-type Bernstein operators based on the (p,q)-integer. By leveraging the inherent symmetry properties of (p,q)-integers, we examine the approximation properties of our new operator with the help of a Korovkin-type theorem.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
