Cyclic behaviour of Volterra composition operators
We determine the cyclic behaviour of Volterra composition operators, which are defined as $(V_\phif)(x) =\int_0^{\phi(x)}f(t) dt$, $f ? L^p[0, 1]$, 1\leq p <\infty$,where $?$ is a measurable self-map of [0, 1].

Weighted $L^p$ estimates for the elliptic Schrödinger operator [PDF]
In this paper we study weighted $L^p$ estimates for the elliptic Schrödinger operator $P=-\Delta +V(x) $ with non-negative potentials $V(x)$ on $\mathbb{R}^n~(n\geq 3)$ which belongs to certain reverse Hölder ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Regularity conditions and Bernoulli properties of equilibrium states and $g$-measures [PDF]
When T : X -> X is a one-sided topologically mixing subshift of finite type and {varphi} : X -> R is a continuous function, one can define the Ruelle operator L{varphi} : C(X) -> C(X) on the space C(X) of real-valued continuous functions on X.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

On a singular anisotropic parabolic equation related to the p → ( x ) $\vec{p}(x)$ -Laplacian
This paper investigates a singular anisotropic parabolic equation associated with the p i ( x ) $p_{i}(x)$ -Laplacian operator. By employing the anisotropic Gagliardo-Sobolev-Nirenberg inequality and a modified Di Giorgi iteration technique, we derive a ...

Spectral properties of the Schrödinger operator with operator-valued potential
Let $H$ be a separable Hilbert space, and let $\mathcal{H} := L_2(\mathbb{R}, H)$. In the space $\mathcal{H}$, we consider the self-adjoint Schrödinger operator of the form $ T_q f = -f'' + qf, $ where $q$ is a reflectionless operator-valued potential ...
